The hotel is conveniently located near shops and other facilities, making it a good pick for both adults and children. While the highway noise can be noticeable due to the double-layer glass windows, the overall experience was excellent for my trip.

Rooms
7.0
The room I had was spacious and located opposite the highway.
Service
9.0
The staff, from the helpful housecleaning team to the welcoming check-in service on July 20th, was top-notch in guiding us to local attractions like the Botanical Gardens and Dundurn Castle.
Location
8.0
The hotel's prime location, right off the highway, was ideal for my needs though the highway noise can be a tad bothersome with the double-layer glass windows.
Dining
6.0
The restaurant's offerings during the limited hours weren't the best, but the grilled steaks were satisfying.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were adequate for my stay, with some areas that could be improved for a better dining experience.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, albeit a bit noisy near the elevator due to loud partying. The service was professional but a bit noisy during early morning cleaning. The location was convenient for my visit but lacked walking distance attractions. The dining options were limited, and the facilities were standard.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed the open pool and spa facilities. However, being on the street side meant I could hear traffic at night, which was quite noisy and disrupted my sleep. The kitchenette in the room was a convenient addition.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were clean and comfortable with a kitchenette.
Service
7.0
The service was nice, and the staff were always available, friendly, and very helpful. However, there was a slight mishap when one staff member reacted negatively to a food preference I shared.
Location
7.0
The hotel is well-located near the university and highways, making it convenient for traveling to downtown Toronto or Niagara Falls. However, the proximity to a busy highway and being on a corner of a one-way street were minor drawbacks.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience was okay, with some limitations on the menu options. Nonetheless, the farm-to-table products were a highlight.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel had good facilities, including room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry services, and a welcome drink. Additionally, the inclusive and free parking was a nice touch.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for the three of us, although a bit cramped with two queen-sized beds and all our luggage. The service was nice, with friendly staff, but not the overly warm Canadian kind of nice. The location was a bit out of the way but worth the commute for the service and facilities provided. The dining options were good, although limited before 9am, which didn't suit our sleeping habits well.

The hotel offers very spacious and clean rooms, which, although larger than required for a last-minute booking, were perfect for sitting and relaxing. The location is superb, near various attractions and just a short distance from downtown. Despite a negative experience with the on-site restaurant, the proximity to popular destinations like McMaster University and downtown Hamilton was a definite plus.
